Kbuild’s Newest Basement Renovation
Join us on this one-of-a-kind display of Kbuild’s newest basement renovation with our lead designer Rauchel Koehnemann. This basement has had an incredible transformation; going from an unfinished stockroom into a brand-new wellness center. Take a moment to look through this display of the Kbuild Crew’s hard work as we show you everything it has to offer.
Entryway
As soon as you enter this basement you’re met with an amazing entryway that shows off nothing more than the Kbuild style. Everything in this foyer is super detailed, from the wall moldings to the elegant touch of the wallpaper. On the left sits a bar space with lots of design and function, it hosts a beverage center, cabinet space, and a marble countertop with a double-stacked edge profile. Above the bar space is a mosaic tile inset on the wall. The foyer also holds two massive wooden doors that lead their way into a storage space.
Gym
Past the foyer holds an incredible entryway for the biggest highlight of this basement. This fully equipped gym is outfitted with state-of-the-art gym equipment from none other than Arsenal Strength. This gym is illuminated by a one-of-a-kind specialty-designed Hexglow Lighting grid. Surrounding the gym are 7 custom-made wood-framed mirrors with an LED trim embedded in the frame panel. These mirrors enhance the functionality of the gym space and a warm aesthetic.
Yoga Room & Sauna
Next to the gym, we’ve created a yoga room. The sound-reducing wood-paneled walls paired with the ambiance of the translucent onyx sconces set a calm and inviting tone. The water feature makes a soothing sound that makes this the ultimate spot for mindfulness and relaxation. Next to the yoga room is the perfect place to unwind after any intense workout. This sauna is great for relaxing and detoxing, with its wood paneling and electric heater, it’s a luxurious escape right at home.
Bathroom
This bathroom is the epitome of design, showcasing the harmony of different tile patterns and textures all throughout. The vanity is covered with a double-layered marble countertop just like the foyer. The vanity also holds a native trail sink and a gold-accented faucet to go with the other gold-accented details. The wet room is absolutely massive. Featuring a steam unit, two shower heads, a handheld shower, and a large tub with a chiller that converts to a cold plunge.
Apartment
As you enter the apartment, you’re immediately met with this incredible kitchen. The kitchen includes custom two-toned cabinetry, marble countertops, and state-of-the-art appliances making it as functional as it is amazing. The living area offers a warm spot to unwind in front of a fire. The bedroom provides the needed space for much-needed sleep. This apartment space is perfect for visiting friends and family to have somewhere to stay.
Gun Safe
Secured behind this large white safe door is this immaculate gun vault, it’s both safe and securely stylish. Stepping inside you’ll find both the wood frames and LED lighting just like the mirrors, but this time stained a different color to complement the safe room finishes. They feature large metal gun racks in the center. The custom cabinetry offers ample storage space for gun cases and ammo and is topped off with a stunning marble countertop.
