The KBUILD WAY

Building a new house can be a daunting and stressful process. With our team of experienced designers, project mangers, and carpenters, we make it as seamless as possible. We'll start by meeting with you and your architect (we have recommendations if you need one) to start designing your home to meet your specifications and budget. Once the drawings are complete, we get to work on bidding your project. Our custom homes are bid on a cost plus basis.

Make it stand out

Then the fun begins in our showroom! Selecting your favorite hardwood, tiles, cabinets and every other detail to complete your house! We make every single selection here in our showroom, with the exception of appliances.

As your project continues, you'll enjoy our friendly staff, talented carpenters, and our open book billing. Twice a month for the length of your project, your payout will include the direct invoices of each subcontractor or vendor, no hidden fees.
