Step out into this unique and one-of-a-kind outdoor living space resort with our owner and head designer, Rauchel Koehnemann, as she guides your way through this exclusive tour of the whole project on our YouTube channel! We are so excited to give you an exclusive tour of one of our best outdoor living spaces to date. This custom backyard exhibits luxury, peak design, and craftsmanship. Lying in the back of this half of an acre lot.
The Pool House
Diving inside the pool house, holding a stylish bar perfect for gatherings and late-night drinks. With a basalt grey countertop, and lit with pendant lights, it makes for the perfect backyard paradise. Behind the bar sits a mini fridge between two stacks of black drawer cabinets accompanied by silver accent handles.
To the right of the bar is a cozy and luxurious fireplace. Suited in the same satin basalt grey as the countertop. Above the fireplace is a flat-screen television as well as a unique black can light fixture covered in gold accents. Even further up is another huge highlight of this beautiful pool house; the custom-painted shiplap ceiling. Giving it a cozy and crafted aesthetic
On the left of the bar lies a seating nook with another mounted flatscreen television, accompanied by a metal towel rack. The inside of the pool house hangs multiple heaters for those colder nights outside. The pool house also holds phantom motorized executive screens that roll down to keep heat in and the cold air out.
The Pool
Moving outside of the pool house lies the biggest eyecatcher of this outdoor living space. The pool integrates a modern and stylish design. The spouts sitting on the pool’s wall help give a calming and spa-like ambiance.
Along the outside edges of the pool lies a large walkway with perfectly square stone steps. Filled in between are dark grey decorative steps to enhance the spa-like feel of this outdoor space. All accompanied by small plants and bushes standing around the edges of the walkways and patios.
The Yard
Past the pool and the pool house rests a calm and more natural environment. Filled with several different tree species, bushes, and other small plants is a garden-like region, and a contrasting boundary of lightly colored stones to keep the soil and plants organized and out of the grassier area.
This outdoor living space is another incredible achievement of our team and an amazing display of the careful, and thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship that went into this project to really bring this dream backyard to life. With all of its stylish and aesthetic design, it really came together to create something extraordinary.
