Before Kbuild came to where it is today, it had always been a dream, a goal that seemed too big for most people. However, for Kbuild’s fearless leader, Josh Koehnemann, it was no less than achievable. It all started back in October 21, 1977, When Joshua Koehnemann took his first breath of life.

​My third attempt and second successful completion of the 75 Hard program began on Tuesday December 27th 2022. This is a mental toughness program to pull out the mental and physical discipline we all have in us.
